COVID-19:
If you are sick, or have been sick within 48 hours, please reschedule PRIOR to your scheduled course. Reschedule fees have been temporarily waived for COVID-19, as long as it occurs 48 hours before your scheduled course. The Cancellation Policy below still remains in affect.
The health and safety of our training community is our highest priority. We want to share the actions FDES is taking to help protect our instructors, students and communities.
ACTIONS: Based on CDC guidance, all our instructors and locations are taking additional steps to clean and disinfect equipment. We are limiting class sizes and using extra precautions to ensure your safety.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
A $33 Cancellation Fee will be charged for all appointments cancelled BEFORE your scheduled course. If necessary, please cancel PRIOR to your scheduled course to avoid the NO-SHOW policy/ fee below. You may only self-cancel your course (via your confirmation email) up to 48 hours of your course. CPR VS. BLS:
Please note that CPR, First Aid, AED courses do not satisfy BLS (Basic Life Support) requirements for Healthcare Providers. Prior to registration, please confirm the type of course you need. The $33 cancellation fee will apply if you need to switch class types AFTER registration.
RESCHEDULE POLICY:
A $25 Reschedule Fee will be charged for all appointments rescheduled AFTER your scheduled class. You may only self-reschedule your course (via your confirmation email) up to 48 hours of scheduled in-person course. NO SHOW POLICY:
If a registered participant is a no show and absent from their scheduled class, the participant will not receive a refund of any kind.
REFUNDS:
Any refund issued will not include any of the fees we paid to PayPal. If you pay for something more than once, any refund will be less any PayPal fees. If you need help, call us before you pay for something again. We can let you know if it went through the first time or not. There is no refund for Print Service. Filing a Chargeback or PayPal dispute will void your rights to a refund. You must always contact us directly for a refund before you contact your bank or PayPal.
CERTIFICATION POLICY:
Most Certifications take up to 7 business days to receive electronically via email. A $15 Fee will be charged if a participant requests a certificate to be issued within 48 hours of the registered class. Check the "Fast Certificate" box when choosing an appointment.
If you or your bank file a chargeback, you will not receive any refund from FDES. You will be banned from FDES and may not be able to receive classes, services, or products. Always call us before doing a chargeback or PayPal dispute.
VISITOR POLICY:
Only registered class participants are allowed in the classroom during training. Children are not permitted unless they are registered in the course.
NOTE:
FDES reserves the right to cancel classes as needed. In the event a class is canceled, registered participants will be offered a different class at no additional charge or a full refund at the discretion of FDES.
WEAPONS:
You are not allowed to bring firearms to class or on our property.
